We offer a 24 / 7 Breakdown Service, for Cars & Commercial Vehicles up to 44 ton.

Priority Service day or night, no matter the weather, we aim to reach you within 45minutes.

We will guide you through the process from start to finish, including some safety advice at the roadside.

 

IF you are on a (smart) motorway and breakdown in a live lane, we advise to HANG UP and dial 999 and ask for POLICE immediately.They will send an internal alert / message to NATIONAL HIGHWAYS and get the relevant lane closures put in place as soon as possible. They will get help on its way to your location, either the Motorway Police or a Traffic Officer 4x4 Vehicle to sit behind the casualty vehicle.

In some cases the traffic officers may tow your vehicle to a place of safety into a refuge area, they are located approximately every 1.5 miles inbetween refuge areas.

 

If you were able to make it to a place of safety, such as the small refugee areas, you can call Highways England / National Highways on 0300 123 5000 to report the breakdown.

GDB Rescue and Recovery Services are contracted to numerous breakdown providers we can be trusted and relied on at all hours, IF you do not have any breakdown cover in place, dont worry 70% of our work load is assisting general public customers, you pay a one off call out fee to be recovered to your chosen destination.
 
Please note we are strictly a payment upfront service via debit card or bank transfer, once your payment goes through over the phone or payment link, you receive an automatic receipt & confirmation of your booking either via email or you can choose text message confirmation.
